No channels names?

I decided to rescan my channels today since I realized I was missing a few HD channels on 129 and when I rescan, all the channels come in with just numbers, no names for the channels. It also takes approx. 20-25 min to scan the one bird. I changed the switch outside just to see and it made no difference. Signal is 98% and quality is 88%. Just had the dish aimed from a guy last weekend and was good till today and the signal and quality still same.
Do I need an inline signal amp or is it something else Im missing?

You will have to wait till they come out with a new file to correct that proplem,it is just new ,it will take a while to get the bugs out.
