I would try a factory reset. But I would verify that my sub had not run out first.:)

Did 5 factory reset and no luck, sub is good and verified

Verify that the information you entered is correct. IP address, port, des key, etc. If you are using a domain name try using the IP address and viva versa.

I assume you can ping your box from your PC and that is how you know that your box is getting to the internet.

I would also power down your router by pulling the power. Wait five minutes and then plug it back in. You might have an ip address conflict.

To take the std to factory, do we need to load a factory file?
Tried the factory reset under the menu, that does not do it, all it does is erase channels

Problem solved.. Turned on DHCP, connected immediately...
