channel list

hey guys.
is there any way to safe my channel list to file before I flash the nano hd with new code and be able to load that list after. Took me some time to clean up the garbage so it would be nice not too have it do it again.h
other then that I am pretty impressed with the box as I do work with it more and get use to it.
