Openbox x5 recovery problem

Hi all. I have a problem with my open-box x5 i try everything i see in the Forum with the usb stick and it only load up and say (check Error. try again) i cannot see any display from the box only when i put in the usb stick i saw it load up. if anyone out there have a fix i would appreciate your help very much thank you.

Check the files section I think there is a RS232 tool for recovery, also there is a USB force load for recovery.............Turbo
