ILink Smart Paid Server

Hello all,
Just got my paid server on Ilink smart, came home to connect it and its not working, it reads in the settings "Network Server disconnected".
whats that mean?

not sure who your through but it means your not connected to your server , lol , either on your end or theirs , lol
