No... Hard reboot your system... pull the plug on all of it then wait 5-10 min.... fire up your modem/router first then the receiver & TV

tried re-boot it,but still freezes every 1/2 minutes on 35911.

try code checker as ports have been known to switch all by themselves ... also make sure donation is only entered once... one code one box one slot
