How do I maually change transponders?

How do I manually update transponders? I am trying to rescan channels that I used to get but for some reason no longer get. I was told to update transponders and rescan satellites. How do I do update transponders or transponder settings?

did you already try factory default & rescan? you won't lose your network info but you will have to reset to dream & update your sats & options, local area, turn on auto TP & set time & turn off parental lock. auto TP may be the problem anyway if it is turned off
