ive tried scanning for channel 455 hd but i have no signal on that tp 12399 21500 v 2/3 turbo8 is that tp down or could i have an issue with my lnb i use to get that channel in hd a while back

HBO East (ch 9456) is on TP 12399, do you have that one?

If so then there is nothing wrong with your equipment, it may be an IKS problem.

today i changed lnb to dp quad and still no signal on tp 12399

what is 12399R mine says 12399 only

Right hand polarity or Vertical transponders.
Left hand polarity are horizontal polarity transponders.
DBS Satellites use Left Hand Polarization for Even transponders and Right-Hand Polarization for odd transponders.
Your seeing what you should.The poster added the"R".

Start from the beginning.
Check all your connection to the dish are clean and tight. I've seen this to be the problem many times.
Confirm you have a good ground to the dish.
Load the system clean file two times.
Load the factory bin file one time.
Load the current file for the box.

Any signal now ?

ok guys i just got a new receiver linkbox 8000hd hooked it up and i cant get signal on 12399 either im now thinking maybe my dish moved just a bit what do you think

I doubt that's the problem if all other transponders are working.
I stop short of saying it's the lnb but it sounds more like the next thing to try if you checked your run and found it to be in good condition.
