Nano HD key??

hello everyone,

I have an issue with the nano HD Key data, is it the same as the DES KEY. If so, the DES Key is 26 numbers, however the Key data is 32. Hence I'm receiving a "server disconnect".

Anyone?

Its suppose to be 28 numbers... dont worry about the zeros at the end.. gl

Triple check your info, MAKE SURE ALL LOWER CASE and try again... make sure where it says PORT you input number in both fields then hit OK.. GL

Thanks, i've did all that a few times nothing works.. I'm using Nanosat Wireless WiFi Bridge and pickups the wifi right away on my Premium SE. I have no idea what else to do.

I will try that, hopefully it works. I will also do a factory reset and upgrade it.
