Hi can someone please help me I get quality but no strenght in dish settings. what am I doing wrong. I installed hd 20-2028 nochk 2nd chksum 2nd try into receiver. detects network, 110 port 2, 119 port 1, 129 port 3 . I have 1000.2 antenna.
