signal issue with T5

after setting up all my dish and lnb setting im able to get green signal bars on botton but on top right corner it shows unknown signal . i try reinstalling factory bin and file 0102 many times and offcourse factory reset everytime...and also i try to scan the channels with unknown signal and im getting no channels.

my other DL T5 works fine....any help please if im doing somthing wrong or i dont know anything....?

do you got the hd module installed right? I had the same problem, had the module in backwards.

no my module is intalled correct may be it defected .......i know there is rear side arrow on module so no one can make a mistake
