what would stop me from getting all channels on say this transponder 12428 , i have plenty of signal and quality trying to get channel 199 on bev

If you have good quality on tp 12428 and have rescanned that particular tp with no success, then you could try going direct to l n b, no switch and scan, should net all channels.

this is what i wound up doing , thanks , i also found out i need a new multi switch because my (epg) guild wont hold on my port 2 (dik ) and on port 1 (bev ) the guild is holding quite good
