viewsat 9000 hd only detects 110 sat

Help me please, my viewsat 9000 hd only detects signal from sat 110, if I connect another receiver de signal in sats 110,119 and 129 are fine with very good quality, but when i connect the viewsat receiver the quality of sat 110 drops from 80% to 60% and when changing sat (119 and 129) they get not signal, on the signal meter only shows signal from sat 110, I know that my antenna and lnbs are fine because with another receiver works fine.

Is this a hardware problem?

Help me please, what can i do?
