Nano HD Set up Problem

I have a nano 2 converted to Ilink and working but it freezes a lot.

Yesterday I bought a new Nano HD and connected. But I am not getting any pictures

For the info I have the following settings:

My PS is rocket
Nano HD settings:
Loader: ver. 2.0 - 2013-05-02
main code: v8.1.9 - 2014-3-4
See code: ver 7.2 - 2012-11-21
TP Data: 1.1.4 - 2013-04-10

When I enter the donation number and all other data I get "server disconnected" message

Deskey has 4 zeros at the end.

I read a lot and tried a lot but not getting any picture. Can anybody help me in this case.

So I just reset my box and re entered all the info, works perfect

Can u give the step by step procedure to follow the same

Do a factory reset then, upgrade the factory v105 (upgrade mode, you do all code), then upgrade the nano HD 819 (upgrade mode, you do all code). And it worked as soon as I put donation in. The des key the last 4 should be 0's.

Upgrade all code+boot and make sure that all your info is lowercase.

Upload v106 and factory default then 819 and factory default again....scan your sats.

Where can I get the file v106. File section doesnot have that file. I tried from another section but doesnot work. Help appreciated
