Well guy though I would add to this thread.

Been getting e-mail from friends that have subs on North and lately they been having freezing on there subs. Asking me if I'm having freezing on my sub.Looks like south provider and the north is starting to try and find sub in stream and put them down. Might not be long before the north goes down. South hopefully will be awhile. Any though on this?

Worse is for everyone that log in to any site and ask that question about freezing leads the provider to the legal sub and then burn it.

I'm looking at fixing my old 8' dish and going back to truth FTA as IKS might be on it way out.

Might not fall today but remember nagravision came out with there first card it was hacked very easy. Then nagra 2 was released with a big card swap by both providers. This happened with in a couple of years I believe. Since Nagra 3 release there has not been any new files only cardsharing which is not even a hack. DN like DTV will someday update there cards and like DTV will cause a dark day.Hacks are gone cardshaing is here. What next not much more.All things must someday come to an end. DTV did it and what make you think that DN can't.

But it's important to remember that "When there is a will there is always a relative".. Or something like that. There are constant technological leaps in technology , procesing power, Internet Speeds,Hard Drive costs and capacities and Wifi networks today that put TV , Movies, documentaries, music, Images in another realm of posibilities. What will or will not be done in the future is very hard to say.

They probably learned from looping cams not let those SI engineers try that **** again. The corporate mentality will always try to not interrupt the customer. Their code of behavior.

i think those referring to an end of IKS need to keep in mind that here we use 'key' sharing, not 'card' sharing. there will always be a way to share the key, although the current methods they use (often 'card sharing') methods may eventually come to an end (but likely not anytime soon). other methods do exist, but they're costly, p$ like any business will always take the cheaper and easier route. DTV key sharing, in theory anyway, is certainly possible, but the amount of effort/money to set up a key server for them is way harder, so as a business current p$ take either the route that is easiest and cheapest, or the only route they know how of due to proliferation. give people a reason to take the other route to extract and share the key, and they will. i'm sure DN knows this, so they only try to contain the 'problem' rather than eliminate it all together. a complete overhaul of their encryption system would probably cost a whole lot, and within a short time the key-sharers will have figured out a way to share the keys anyway...

I did a hard boot from the switch at the back...wait 30 seconds and turn back on again then it was not scrambled. If that does not work unplug modem/router, turn off switch at back of receivers or receivers wait 30 seconds, plug back in modem/router. When all lights are on or mostly solid, turn back on receiver or receivers.
