server info loading by usb

hi all. was wondering if it is possible to load server info by usb. because i am using a server which has some letters in the des key but there is no option to enter letters in des key only numbers/

look at the bottom of the screen when entering your server info, it should indicate which color buttons on your remote activate letters or symbols.

i have tried every single button but it doesnt give me any info to enter letters in deskey only numbers it doesn't even show any letters?

color command at the bottom of the screen will tell you which color button on the remote to press to change the numbers to letters, upper case, lower case or symbols.
