How to use buttons on receiver?

My remote has stopped working and I want to system clean my receiver back to factory condition.
Can someone please tell me what the buttons do for me on the front of the receiver. I know about the menu button
and the channel buttons will let me go up and down the menu. How do I select the factory reset on the receiver, I know
you would just hit the OK button on the remote, But I don't know what to do on the receiver.

Now that I have my glasses on I found the "OK" button so I now can select anything that I highlight. Can someone Please tell how
to do a Factory Reset using the receiver. When I try to do a factory reset it asks me for the password. I dodn't know how to input
the password without using the remote. Can someone please help me with this? Thanks.
