If it does not have the SW44 setting in the switch-menu try the SW21 settings and see if they work.

This should help you out......post #2. They should be under "antenna setup".

I still cant see anywhere to specify the type of switch being used. There is only Diseqc settings and 22K settings. I have two lnb's with both outputs from each lnb attached to the SW44. This works perfectly on the Nanosat Premium but there doesnt seem to be any place where this can be specified on the Nano HD. Frankly, this STB is the strangest set-up I have worked with so far and it may be headed for EBay soon.

Clearly, this box is missing some key features. If anyone is considering this box based on other Nanosat products, please be forewarned. I bought this because the Nanosat Premium has been excellent. This box doesnt seem to have any connection to other "Nanosat" boxes and side by side with the Premium on SD, there is little difference. At this point I would happily exchange the Nano HD for another Nanosat Premium.

The sw44 is an obsolete switch that no provider Dish or Bell use any more. Swap it out for a Zinwell 4X4

The switch works fine. The Nano HD blows chipmunks. There isnt even a way to simply define a SW21.
