Missing several channels anyone else

i've scanned various times also tried blind scan i am missing various channels my brother uses a differ'nt service he gets all the channels i'm missing is it just rocket service or something wrong on my end i've noticed i'm missing 114-118-182 and many others

we all have rocket all you have to say is yes you get these channels or no you don't so i can figure out if it is from my end or rockets

50 views now... I'm sorry I cannot check for you however there are no others that I have found reporting your problem... but channels do go down & up from time to time...

also you may have to delete those channels and rescan and do you have enough signal as well?

I would suggest channel search instead of blind scan.
That works for me.

you have to try different servers
personal opinion
1 - request a demo at least 4 hours
2 - pay just one month
3 - if servre is good (pay 3 months)
4 - if the server is good ( pay 6 months)
5 - verify that the server is out of united states and canada
6 - if the server gives you discount. the server is not good

kaliman that has nothing to do with the users issue if the channels aren;t updated on the stb its not going to matter which server you have they will not work

a demo is not going top help if you are not scanning the channels in to begin with. Check to make sure the necessary transponders for those channels are in your sat list and if not add them manually and rescan

Reboot did the trick far me all up

i have an update i unplugged everything for 20 min i did a rescan the channels are back but they show bad signal its just a black screen the quality and polarity are at 65 but only on these channels all others are viewable at about 97 signal
