I am interested in finding out what mpeg4 receiver you are using to get amazonas

Dsguy, I moved you to your own thread, as we don't post a question in someone else's thread.
You will get a faster response here.
And any MPEG4 HD receiver will get Amazonias, but you have to live inside the foot print for that satellite.
Here is a link to 61W to look up your location in that satellites foot print.

Most of the channels on this Bird is not in mpeg4.

the august 2012 firmware for openbox was bogus and will kill genuine receivers.
the last legit firmware was from feb 2012.anything after that date is not factory firmware.
