help!

finally i just get the jynxbox lite, but i have problem loading the factory file by usb. help!!!! :noidea:

Why do you want to load the factory file, it is already installed? You should be able to load the latest file and then do your setup and scanning..

just did one for a buddy last week, had to try 3 times and then it took. I loaded 036 and had no sats, someone suggested loading 035 first and then I got sats. (ps:just loaded firmware no factory as Bob said.)

Load the latest file then do a factory reset and all the satellites will show up.
