Nano hd problems please advise

Hello friends I just got a new box the nano hd and a new satellite dish hd. Now I have 119 110 & 129 ciel. The question I have is where are all the hd channels that come from sat 129. When I scan for the channels I'm getting about 15 channels that don't com in and the channels are not prime. Can any o tell me what I've done wrong here is my setting.

Dishpro LNb 112250
Transponder 14/ 12341 v20000
Port 3

And I'm locked on 129.0 w level 98% quality 88%

I have great signal I'm starting to believe that I got had with this nano hd box there are no hd channels at all.

Check 129W on Lyngsat and make sure you have all the TP's listed on your receiver for that sat, also the first bunch of TP's on 129W are spot-beams, the nation-wide TP's start at 12457 so you will be missing the first bunch if you are not in a particular TP's spot-beam area.

If you don't have them you need to manually ad them.

I'm getting a lot of no programs found when adding tps manually. This is not easy.

Most HD channels are on 129.. Lots in the 9400 up .. My neighbors signal quality is not as good as yours and when scanned they receive like almost 500 channels on 129.. the TP's when first started scanning doesnt give you any channels but from TP 26 or 27 onward a whole bunch start roiling in.. Scan 119 and 110 first then do 129 last.. I was also told that its necessary to have a power inserter to this setup because the receiver does not supply enough power for these LNB's and in time may damage the Tuner.. good luck.

Load file v106 the 819 and factory default. All tp for 129 should be there.

you should not have to enter the tp's manually, factory default after loading latest file and you should have about 90-99 sats available with 129w being one of them

It's not sat 129 he is missing. It's all the tps for that sat. This is why I told him if he did not have them for one reason or another he would need to add them.
Yes the tps should be there but he says they weren't all there for sat 129.

Nice, for some reason i believe your right about the power inserter for the lnb. I don't believe that this nano hd box is perfect yet. Now the question to you is where do I get the power inserter.

I will wait for the hd channels to be back up again. But is that the reason why i can't get channels coming in.

You can find them on ebay .. As I said previously most HD channels are from 9400 up..
Would be good to know which 15 channels you are not getting..

Your setting is not right not dispro LNB 112250. got to be dispro LNB 11250 try that your scan should be okay. good luck tester.

That was a typo, there are no such LNB as 112250 lol

Sorry to many numbers but that's what it is 11250 but do I need a hd module for this hd receiver or does it come with. I remember getting my view sat box and
I had to by the module also. So that may be the problem I don't have the hd module. The ls400.

Now the really dumb question is which one or will both be OK for my type of box....ls400 or ls500. It's not really spell out since this is a new box and all.

I didn't buy a car I bought a second rate stb and there are lots of posts which support my claim. But that is part of the game. I just want others to avoid the same mistake or at least wait until improvements are released. Laugh if you want, but there are many better choices than this box unless you are looking for a cheap stb with significant limitations. And lastly, I am dissing the box not the messenger so grow up!!!!

I have the same problem getting Hd channels from 110, after several attemps I get some. I think I'll need a power inserter, but I don't know what to buy, there's 21V from directv in ebay, and others from dish. I dont see for Fta users.
