if games are blacked out it will not matter no server will have it, blacked out games are just that and it would be the same for a legit sub as well, not much anyone can do if the game is blacked out

You are incorrect, blackouts are based on location of the sub (or seeder) so different locations will have different games/channels blacked out. Last I heard TUTU had NESN open with no blackouts for Boston games.
