Lost My Settings

I don't know what happened... My Network Settings disappeared on my Sonicview 360 P. All that is available in the Installation setting is:

Dish Setting
Channel Edit
Factory Reset
Version Information

Tried reloading P28 ROM file, but it stays the same. I don't know what to do. Please help me get back to normal so I can enter my PS info.

If the dongle is not seen by the box or on the network, "Network settings" will not show in the menu.
Confirm the dongle is plugged in well and that you have lights showing on the dongle.
Get the Wiz program and confirm Wiz can find the dongle on the network.

Thank you Sp0iler... The dongle had come unplugged when I was moving things around. Thank you again and what a quick and accurate fix.
