losing programming

hi I am new here I have done a search and come up empty . I am wondering if anyone can help me or direct me somewhere to figure out my issue . I just purchased a dreamlink t5 I can program it and get it working all is well , the problem is when I turn it off either on the back or with the remote when I turn it on again it says no channels and I have to enter all my info again and re scan sats any help would be appreciated

Try doing the setup without the HD module.
