I have 2 receivers , one to the bedroom and one to the living room. The one to the living room gets 110 and 129 but not 119. I swapped receivers and change LNB outputs and it points to the cable? Is it strange that it works for 110 and 129 but not 129? Any suggestion?

If you are testing a faulty receiver where there is a current working one, leave your lnb outputs as is and plug in the faulty one and change the faulty receiver setting to match the working one.
This will guide you if it is the box or settings.

What sort of LNBs are you using? What switches are you using? Does the same problem happen when there is only 1 receiver on the system? What type of receivers are they? What are your existing dish settings?

Thanks for replying. I rechecked and I do have 119 on standard resolution but missing HD channels on 119 like TNT . I was reading the other thread maybe be due to low quality cable. That would make sense.

The coax needed for DP type LNB's needs to go to 2.5 GHz (this should be marked on the coax) or say "swept to 3 GHz" or you will miss out on transponders.
