Nano 2 (RED and GREEN Lightpro

Please i m new to this again after 2 years away i m back into FTA, got my Nano2 receiver out connected it and nothing shows, all I see is the RED and GREEN light on the receiver.

may I have a little help from U?, I have read lots of places but I cannot find any thing to bring my receiver to left.
please is there any receivers out there that U may recommend, Please!
