Where do I start?

I'm a newbie when it comes to FTA stuff, where do I start? I used to program cards, etc. but am way out of the loop when it comes to FTA

I'm looking to go with Beverly & Charlie (separate boxes) and want HD and if possible also international

What's are the best receivers and IKS servers?
