Some may have location problems as to where they can mount the dish, this due to something blocking the signals or terrain problems.
Well here is a possible solution, and that's an LNB with a fiber optic output, this way you can mount the dish several miles away, (depending on how deep your pockets are) but in most setups several hundred feet to several hundred yards maybe more practicable.

But I cant find the optical receiver for the house end, (brain is not working too good today, too hot) you may have to talk to them.
