My friend is testing a new Lite. Ran well using latest file. Suddenly the new remote does not work. Tried second new remote no work.. Jynx ultra HD remote does. He rebooted/factory reset and reinstalled latest file.
Just seems funny it only works with ultra remote.
Any ideas

Try using the IR extender that came with the ultra to see if it is the remote itself or the front sensor on the lite.
