As noted, Saturday would have been Stu Hart's 99th birthday. Bret Hart remembered his father on Twitter:

"Today would've been my dad's 99th birthday and it's hard to believe he's been gone for 10 years now. I miss my dad everyday. His humor, his simple advice, and understanding of what it took to be a man. I often think of him as I drive down Bow Trail seeing Calgary's gorgeous skyline. I feel his spirit fill my mind, my heart, and I smile at how I know both Calgary and I are somehow protected as he admires and watches over us from the heavens."

- Friday night's WWE SmackDown ranked #2 in regular TV shows for the night in Nielsen's new Twitter TV ratings, not including sporting events. SmackDown had a unique audience of 396,000, which represents the number of Twitter accounts that commented on the show. This was down from the previous week. SmackDown had total impressions of 1.226 million, which represents the number of times the show was tweeted about. This was also down from the previous week.

The Miami Marlins held a Legends of Wrestling celebration on Saturday and a bunch of former wrestling stars were present. Goldberg was there, as were both members of the Hart Foundation, Bret "The Hitman" Hart and Jim "The Anvil" Neidhart. Bret is old. Jim is a disaster.

It's unclear what Neidhart had gotten into that night—he was arrested in 2010 for possessing 55.6 grams of Oxycontin and 17.4 grams of methadone, a portion of which he stole from his neighbor, and is an ex-wrestler—but he is pretty tweaked and has a hard time doing anything but spasm and sway. He sounds like a chain-smoking machine gun when he talks.
