HD Chip help

I have looked all over the forum and can't seem to find a how to guide on how to install the HD chip board for my HD local. Just got the chip but no instructions. Any help would be appreciated==

Remove cover, pull existing module out and replace with new one. They look very similar so easy to see when you get the cover off. I believe on the left at the back of the receiver.

I just got 2 of these and they came with a module loose in the box should I assume this is the one I need to install or would the factory have installed it already and this is the module they replaced.
