My sonicview 360 premier down

My sonicview 360 premier is down from yesterday onwards. Some places I have seen dish is on. How can I get status for DN and also I would like factory reset my receiver.
What all files need, can some one give me the links

Factory reset can be done threw the main menu...both stb and network reset. Any files you may need should be located in the link below...if not I'm sure I have em on a cd lol.
