New Donation Codes Don't Work

I entered my new numbers and my Nano Premium is scrambled. Should I have underscores after the ID and Password entries or should there be spaces(blanks)? Do you see anything wrong with my setup or BIN? I haven't used the Nano for 2 months.

From my read 2.nfpsserver.tv is tied to 12010...12210 is tied to 4.nfpsserver.tv...maybe that could be the problem.
