Default New File Frodo_NANO HD_819

- Faster server connection
- EPG improved by pressing FAV in EPG
- Network Server section with protected Password implemented for installers
- Blind Scan fixed
- More fixes will be coming next week

Been waiting since January for a north guide, people think this support is great, I am still waiting to get it off the shelf, is a north EPG too much to ask? How many more weeks...or months.....what a waste of money for someone who uses the north.....good machine...terrible support

Yes I would have to agree with you there Irish, the picture quality is outstanding but wow they sure need to step up and attend to the features which are sorely lacking. I've come not to expect to much from these manufacturers/coders when it comes to releasing updates. Their concept of TIME is really stretched to say the least. I wonder if they meant to say ONE YEAR instead of ONE WEEK. :)

Unit still works well on my end and picture quality is outstanding.

From a standpoint of picture quality the box is right up there and that alone for a lot of people is all they want. I got this box for someone and all they cared about is it displaying a great picture and it does that. They know nothing about working with or using all the features it has, heck they wouldn't know what to do with a bin if they had it :). I myself like to mess around and test the features and as mentioned above, find it sadly lacking big time but, bottom line the receiver does work, just not the way most would like it to. Not sure why when they released 8.19 they would say' a new file to follow in a week, when it has been more than 2 months now. This could be a killer box if they would just put a little more effort into it. Who knows, maybe there were not enough sales to warrant it. I haven't seen a lot of banter about this box for the most part on the different FTA forums I visit, so maybe that's the case, who knows.

Still waiting for a bev guide, I really wish now I had of returned this box when it first occurred to me. I have many many anchors in the closet, but this is the only new and not used one.....

Well, call it a lesson learned. When looking for a new box, buy one that already has the files out and the options in it. Im in the same boat (but still use it) and have turned any of my friends on to a different HD box that have been looking for one. Its really too bad, this could have been a top notch box.
