not getting ppv 110 tp 12.414

Hey guys,

i cant seem to get any ppv working.... especially on tp 12414.... any ideas... when i scan this on 110, nothing comes up... am i getting a wrong tp on this cs5000? on the ppv rq-ssp keeps saying cw not received....any help will be appreciated...

I had this problem a while back. I switched out my 110 lnb with a different one, rescanned and I was able to get all channels. Good luck.
