boot loop when new jb200 installed

hey guys i stopped being able to recieve hd so i purchased a new tuner and installed it today everything went together correctly however now when i turn the reciever on itll display a channel for maybe a minute than reboot folr no reason, it also seems to do this when switching between satellites....any suggestions? noticed that i may have gotten sent a clone jb200 as the edges arent rounded just wondering if anyone has ran one of these successfully

Well if it was not doing it with the old JB200 & now it is I would say its a bad JB200.

Check to make sure that you have fully seated the JB into it's slot. Did you put it in the same slot as your old one? Try the other slot to see if it does the same thing. Just remember to go into menu settings and turn the right slot on.

Well I think I've solved the problem when I was tightening the back nuts it was shifting the tuner to the right and it wasn't seated correctly so far so good thanks for the help

Never put cover on a unit until you know it actually works after doing a mod! :thumbsup:
