I was thinking of buying an indoor antenna, does this box have a local tuner?

I am located here in the West Coast, Bay Area.

I want to use it's PVR instead of plugging it direct to my TV..

How about if I buy a local TV tuner and plug it in will that work?

Just like those USB tuner oy maybe different local TV tuner cause I want to use it's PVR.
