Hi a friend of mine has a jynxbox V3, his dish is like 150' away, he is having problem getting signal for 110 sat, he is using a sw21 switch, which I know works, 119 is setup on dish 1 and 110 is setup on dish 2. Every time, I go into dish settings, the receiver has no problem find 119, when I go to settings for 110 on dish 2, at times it will find it at 85% on TP 12224, after I downloaded all the chans., from both sats, I have no problem, getting 119 chan., but every time I go to a 110 chan it says no signal until I reboot rec., once rebooted it will take a min. or to to receive the 110 chan,
Is there any way of amplifying the voltage to the lnbs to get a stronger signal, because I know the JB does have a power issue also? Someone please help this has been driving me crazy for the past several days.

Having that problem for the most part is caused by not enough power.
Do you have 1 dish or 2, are you using a DPP twin LNB or another type of LNB, did you set the receiver to ocs dp for a DPP twin LNB.
We need a bit more info to help you BUD.

It is an 18x24 elliptical with 3 lnbs, standard square type duals, I am thinking of using a B3V dish with 2 DP dual lnbs, or 1 twin LNB with the built in sw 21 switch, but right now, lnb setting is standard.

Ok, I think you have a bad coax cable, cable end, a bad switch or not enough power for the switch, the best way to test the cable &
cable ends is to bypass the switch, use a barrel connector to bypass the switch & test each sat to see if you get good S&Q.

Open the box disconnect the Led display from the board, if it goes away is voltage problem. If it doesn't , change your 8psk module.

Well I haven't tried the bypass yet! I will try that and see what happens, just so you know the cable and the ens are brand new and has been checked! I have checked the switch, with a tv and a CW receiver, and signal is in the 80's for both sat's and q is in the high 90's for both sat's. Also 1 other thing the receiver is connected to a coaxial wall plate!

You have too much attenuation in the system, using a wall plate with a coax connector will add more loss then normal.

For long runs of coax use RG-6 quad with a pure copper center conductor, it should also be rated to 2.5 GHz or swept to 3 GHz, this will cut down of the high frequency signal loss.

And it should be one solid run of coax from the receiver out to the switch, the less breaks in the coax the less loss there will be.

If you use an outdoor rated switch it should have a ground lug on it, this saves the use of a ground block, less signal loss that way.

I will translate it for you LOL.
The jynxbox don't play well with the SW21 switch. It will work on a cable run of 40 feet or less but any more than that the jynxbox
just don't have enough power to switch SATs with SW21 switch.
