Can't scan 110 - not seeing ch 528 ppv

My buddy was getting bad or no signal so i tried mine.
Cleared the box, and reconfigured the dish settings.
Scan 110 and 119, but it is missing the ppv ch around 528 and up.

I am wondering if the TP has changed for that.
Do you guys get bad or no signal for 528?
