when using this switch 22khz, does 91 connect to 22khz or 0khz?

it does not matter, what matters is configuring your antenna set-up for your receiver to match your switch settings

To the 22 KHz on side, but some of the hewer FTA receivers do not support the 22 KHz switch, someone with your brand of receiver will have to jump in on this one.

Only some 22Khz switches can pass Dish Pro disecq commands usually on the O Khz port, for combining 110 & 119 on that same port.
