DominicanIKS Server question

Can someone please tell me what they think about DominicanIKS Server to use on sat 110, 119, 129 dn? Is it a reliable server? If not; then, I will keep reading for better option, but any advice or recommendations, would surely help. Pm me if needed. Thanks in advance.

129W dose not cover the Dominican Republic, so you would be stuck with 80% standard definition (SD) channels, and maybe a few HD channels on 110 and 119.

And I can't tell you anything about any IKS server.
