Slight hd lag on bev has been dealt with but it will be fully addressed in the next file.

Not sure if it is file related yet but having some problems with tp's on the 129...also goes into a constant reboot with my motor hooked up. I can loop out the motor threw my sv and keep it from rebooting all though I can't move the motor with the mega...only threw the sv. Been working on it and trying various things but no cigar so far.

I wouldn't be able to comment on motor functions as I have this box hooked up to my 2 stationary dishes. I had no issues on any tp at 129w. When you scan make sure that Service Name Scan is off when your in the scan menu.

By passed the motor and the reboot stopped and tp's seem to be coming in as well now.

I had a connection issue last night with iptv but I was having net issues elsewhere as well. I also noticed that adult+ isn't part of the iptv section anymore with the latest file. I think I will revert back to the previous file and test. I will mention the motor issue to the mega tvi team Snapper.

I reverted back to the previous file posted here by Chevy and iptv is working spot on and load immediately....and adult+ is back also. Still a bit of hd lag on bev but dn is working spotless.

to fix your motor issues if you have a dreamlink power supply around I hear that's what is needed to run motor 12v 2.5a
I am running 12v 2a and ended my lag in channel changes and audio sync
no for video lag on HD I am waiting for another ufc because that's the only thing I noticed the video jump skip

I swapped out my dreamlink power supplt to my mega tvi shd3000 without anything changing on the hd lag. I have heard others say that the power supply really heats up but I haven't found that to be the case at all and the box stays chilled as well.

when you change the power adapter fac default load fac file then load latest file fac reset again and there is a huge difference
I think the ones the mega hand out are more qc checked then the one end users buy
that goes with other companies as well for sure
why you hear of I have no problem but 20 other people saying there is

Not sure what I'm going to do a little ticked at the moment with this thing...if any one has a chance post up the specs on that power adapter for the dreamlink I may try and see if I can find one local. Kinda a shame to spend this kinda cash on an stb and right out of the box start buying replacement parts.

Here's a c/p from another site.
All credit goes to js3811

I've been reading on other sites that there's an hd lag...I've also read that the problem isn't software but the ac adapter current rating is too low & peeps who used higher rated ac adapter fixed the problem...They said the dreamlink ac adapter or similar took care of it...The dreamlink adapter is rated at 12v 2.5A...I thought i'd check this out for myself...I used an old computer power supply out of a junk computer & rigged it & headed over to my friends house...First thing I did was feel the original shd-3000 adapter & it felt much hotter than it should be...I disconnected that adapter & hooked up the one I made out the the computer power supply & sure enough it fixed the problem...Now when he changes hd or sd channels or goes from hd to sd or vice versa...the picture comes on most of the time instanty...The few times that he has to wait for the pix...It now only takes 10 to 15 seconds where he used to have to wait about 30 to 40 seconds...So imo...the original adapter rated at 12v 1.2 A is way to small & you need at leasy a 12v 2.5A or higher to fix this problem.

If anyones interested in how to rig an old computer power supply to work in place of the megatvi adapter...Here's what I did.
The first thing is to take a paper clip...Take heat shrink tubing or just use some electrical tape & insulate the center part of the paper clip(I'll explain after)...Then bend the paper clip into a U shape...Then take the 20 or 24(depending how old the power supply is) & insert one side of the paper clip into the green wire pin & the other side of the paper clip into one of the black wires right next to the green one...This allows the power supply to turn on when you plug it in...If you'll never use that power supply for anything else...You could always cut the green wire & one of the black wires...Strip them & twist them together...Solder them so you have a real good connection & then tape them up...Then you need an old dc power plug from an old ac adapter & cut it off & strip the wires...Make sure you know which wire is for the center & which wire is for the ground...Then cut one of the yellow wires on any of the plugs from the computer power supply cause that's the 12v rail...That gets soldered to the wire going to the center(+) of the dc power plug...Then cut any black wire(-) from any plug of the computer power supply and solder it to the other wire of the dc power jack...Tape them up or use heat shrink tubing.

Why It's Important To Insulate The Paper Clip
It's real important you you do this cause after you've done everything & turn on the power supply...If you it's not insulated & you accidently touch it or if you have a curious pet...It will knock you or your pet on your ass or WORSE.
Sorry about the pictures being a little blurry.

I tried this & it works great.I can't comment on how it works for a motor as I don't use one.
