Mini question

My buddy has a Mini and he can not select a channel using the numbers on the remote keypad. Has anyone come across this? Every channel tried results in a "no channel" mesage. He can only select channels by scrolling thru the guide.

I have a Pro and have not come across this issue.

Has anyone else had this issue and found a fix?

go to the EPG screen and select favorites, should be the red button and choose all.

Hit the fav button then the red button above it then exit
