I'm using noi & windows 8 had receiver working b4. But now I moved & now I can only get snow on lil TV on noi, but no count down?? Code is good, reception is good. Firewall is off. Any suggestions?

are you using a different internet provider? IP changed?

Why don't you try the wizard and start over. Better yet, go with Goo and you'll be happier.

IP of computer set to static? Gateway in Network settings of receiver set to computers ip? External IP entered in computer?
