HI Ive loaded 0910factory file then 1028p and factory reset and still fails to show up on sat scan.Any ideas?

Has the box worked in the past. Little more information like so you have dish and ln b aiming at all these satellites?

OK much more info is needed about what you have in your system, is this an old or new install if an old install did it work OK before, and things like how many dishes, how many LNB's and what type,...

I'm in the same boat, what was done to fix this? Just curious. I have 2 T5's (brand new) loaded factory plus the 102 bin, 1 found 110/118/119 and 129 with no issue, the other cannot. Identical setup, LNB's etc

I'm about to try the new 103 firmware.

More information is needed. The first box scans in the satellites and picture shows with no issues. You then unplug first box, give the second box the same setup and get nothing??? Or are you running more than one box on the same setup and if so what equipment are you using (lnb, switches, wiring) and what are the settings?

Identical set-up. First box is hooked up to 1 dish with a 3 LNB bracket, 110/118/119/129 come in beautifully. I basically unplug that box, set up the 2nd identical T5 by factory file flash, reboot, then use the 102 bin (same one as 1st box) hard reboot. When I go to system info, it's on the right version. I hook up the box via the same coax, go to dish settings cannot see 110 (skips from 107 to 111) cannot see 118/119 (skips from 118(not the one I'm looking for) to 123 and cannot see 129, skips from 127 to 131.

I'm using the Royal+ N118k LNB's for 110/129 and a dual LNB for 118/119.
I'm using the EMP-centauri Diseqc 2.0 switch
And the grade 6 coax cable for stronger signal

You either haven't installed the 3rd party file(103)or you have not factory defaulted the receiver after installing the file.
