How to do a factory upgrade NSHD?

To upgrade the factory file to 105 do I use boot loader option? I did 105 factory and then 819 by maincode and I do not have E* sates in the list, even after a factory default.

How do I get the E* sats in the list?

E* mean that the receiver is erasing the old file, it should start a count after it erases that tells you the progress of the new file being downloaded, did you by chance interrupt the file load?.
