Updating Time Data

When I try to save time data it gives error : "Failed to receive time data" Without the time being correct I cannot get any signal from the satellites. Tried restoring factory etc. no luck correcting. I have a good network connection.

Checked input cable from satellite dishes and found that it was very loose. Someone in my family must have been playing with the receiver when I was away. Problem solved.
