When trying to aim dish the signal at 65% no matter what I do it wont change even if I put my hand in front of lnb. Any ideas where to start I've bought new lnbs ?

I would say there is probably something in the line of sight.

We had 110 in but bought a new lnb cause couldn't get 119 in . Like I said if I put hand in front of lnb it reads65 and should drop to 0 right?

No. It will read 60-65 just by being plugged in. I don't think the lnb is the issue, it's either the allignment or there is something in the way.

My guess would be that you have the LNB settings wrong for LO--you are using 10.75 rather than 11.25 or something like that.
check your cable for corrosion.

What brand/type/manufacture of LNB's did you get???
