satlobo on viewsat ultra

i am try to run bev, satlobo on viewsat ultra with xfta but not connecting to server always failed and when i put dish server from another provider always connect do i need a special file for bev to run can some one help with that because i bought my donation codes three weeks ago and never got a connection with server , thanks

Contact the reseller you bought the code from and they will help you out.
You also don't need a special file for the viewsat to run bev.

i contact zoogar he said codes are good , just wondering if every one is running good on bev satlobo with viewsat today?
